    • The product is a combination of stone raw materials and a secret formulation consisting mainly of bitumen binders. These raw materials commonly found in most geographic locations are systemically combined to form a long lasting asphalt.
    RRS Cold Asphalt Characteristics
    Does not require heat in its manufacture or application stages.
    Can be produced and applied immediately, with no time delay.
    Does not require conventional primer or track coat before application -- water is used as a primer/catalyst.
    Not sensitive to climatic conditions.
    Can be applied at temperatures near freezing as well as temperatures above 50 degrees Celsius.

    Road Stabiliser

    Our stabilizer is a water-based polymer product designed for the stabilisation, binding and waterproofing of natural in-situ gravels/soils. It is a blend of unique high-tech water-based polymer emulsions with the ability to cross-link, coat and bind soil particles together into a durable, strong and hard wearing surface.

    Our stabilizer applications varies from purely spray-on to work-in methods. Spray-on application penetrates and migrates into the existing surface -- binding the gravel road particles together. Work-in applications relies on the ripping and re-tilling of existing road surfaces.
